Hermione Homes attended the National Landlord Investment Show last 6th March at London Olympia.
The National Landlord Investment Show was established in 2013 and it is the UK’s most important landlord & property investment exhibition. The event connects thousands of property professionals throughout the UK and is a beacon for anyone with an interest in buy-to-let or the private rented sector. 84 live shows have been delivered during the exhibition and they have all been covered by The Times, The Telegraph, The Mail Online, Huffington Post, Property 118, Wharf Life, Property Tribes & more.
As a duty to its customers, Hermione Homes could not miss the opportunity to attend and gather precious knowledge that is contributing to delivering up-to-date information and advice to its clients.
Very important matters were discussed during the event, such as: the draft Bill’s proposed reforms, the renters (Reform) Bill (click here to read the Bill) and leasehold and freehold investment law proposed reforms (click here to read the reform bill).
Following the exhibition, the main message Hermione Homes wants to share with you is: DO train BE professional as a landlord because PRS is still a very critical sector for the UK economy, as the housing crisis unfolds; so KEEP CALM and CALL ON HERMIONE HOMES for expert, up-to-date advice!
