Our first residential project of the year in London is a loft conversion in Faraday Road, SW19, Wimbledon, a transformation that perfectly captures our commitment to thoughtful, future-focused design. This property will be reimagined from a two-bedroom home into a spacious three-bedroom residence featuring two modern bathrooms.

Expanding Horizons in Birmingham

We’re equally excited to announce the refurbishment of four two-bedroom flats on City Road, Birmingham. This residential building sits right next to the head office of KML Group linked to Daniel Kennedy one of Birmingham’s most respected developers.

 This project represents the continuing relationship with KML, and we’re genuinely grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with a company of their scale and experience.
