Planning Approval Secured: A New Chapter Begins in Merton

We’re thrilled to announce that our latest loft conversion project in Merton has officially received planning approval within just 8 weeks!

This exciting milestone begins a beautifully designed transformation featuring a bespoke bedroom, elegant en-suite, and carefully considered details. We’re proud to be working closely with Natalia Giacomino Architects, whose creative vision and expertise have been instrumental in securing the approval and shaping a design that blends seamlessly into the neighbourhood's character. Together, we’ve ensured that every material and detail complement the surrounding architecture, resulting in a harmonious and forward-thinking proposal.

With planning permission granted, we've now moved on to the building regulation drawings. Next, we’re finalising contractor quotes and engaging positively with our neighbours to fulfil all remaining obligations.
